What are the shipping costs?
We are based in Australia and offer free standard shipping Australia wide for all orders or Express shipping for $7.95. Overseas shipping is available to most countries for $19.95 via DHL Express. All duties and taxes upon import to a country outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. On the rare occasion DHL may charge an additional fee to remote locations outside of Australia, for which we will contact you first before shipping.
How long will delivery take?
Once your item is in stock, it will be shipped out within 1 business day and you should receive it within 3-7 business days for free shipping or 1-3 business days for Express Shipping in Australia. Overseas orders are shipped via DHL Express which usually takes 3-10 business days.
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay and Bitpay.
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All credit card payments are processed via Stripe or Paypal which offer 'Buyer Protection', this feature guarantees that your transactions online are guaranteed against fraudulent activity.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed we begin to process it immediately, we check the item is in stock, prepare it for dispatch and send it out. You will receive an email that your order has been sent. If you have any questions about your order at all please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Once you place your order your will receive a receipt of your purchase immediately in your email account.
We accept returns within 30 days of ordering accept for personalised items as these cannot be resold. Refunds on an order will be processed once the item has been returned to us in as new condition.
